Nothing beats the classic lines and beautiful rifling of the Marlin Papoose... whoa man, is that an ugly little gun. I own one... it's awsome, but fugly!

Really though, I think a dolled up SR-22 or browning buckmark. Mind you that VQ is VERY nice, albeit more than i'd want to pay for a .22.
