Never had an issue with several Norinco's,,,, did have issues with some American made guns. The finish blows on Norinco,, but for an end of world situation I'm not concerned with that... : )

The petition is to de-restrict the AR, not to change barrel length criteria. It still needs to be 18."+

Ya, the fit & finish on all Norcs is pretty poor, but they run! Considering the price point & value for your dollar...I can add 3 Norinco's to my safe for the price of one "name brand" & they all go BOOM when I need them to! If you can get past the "hating", I would suggest Norinco to anyone!
