I've seen Norincos headspace at like 1.630 all the way to 1.642

That explains why so many of them are sub MOA.

What brand of ammo are you shooting? Maybe the brass is low quality of over powered. I have +16 and no issues with deformed brass in just under 600 rounds...

Yes its the ammo. Has to be. Just over Nato field reject but whatever. I would suggest you not reload these cases. They stretched enough the first time. You'll have to "whittle" some off the front. But as I've said don't listen to anyone on here.

lake city and norma brass. I even dropped the load down to min load of BLC-2

at pluss 12 the shoulder are visualy deformed and the case head is stressed/ cracked
