The Remington Model 722

I had a very nice 721 in 30-06, but decided to change it.
Guntech screwed on a Lothar-Walther SS barrel and chambered
it up in 6.5x55AI. It turned out to be a zinger, and I shot it
in sporter class at 1000 yards with some success.

Shot a couple of cow elk with it. Great rifle, with no issues at all. EE

That would be a nice combination. I've recently dove into the 6.5x55 end of the pool and so far it seems to be an amazing cartridge.
