Just arrived!
1000 of these built between 1972 and 1976. This one built in 1973. Used but not abused. 30" full choke barrel with nice wood. Enjoy the pics.

That is a find! Made when Remington produced top quality 870’s , I bet that action is smooooth!

Just gorgeous! I started my waterfowl adventure in the early 70's with a late 60's Wingmaster my father bought for me. It was well used but, he got it for $75.

Shot and enjoyed that shotgun for 30 years. Action almost pumped itself - it WAS that smooth and effortless....(I think a couple thousand rounds helped...:) ..I miss it and should not have sold it - even though I gave up waterfowl hunting when we went steel.....

Again very nice 870 - no question~!

I just noticed the trigger shoe,in thhe advertisment I don't see one, I wonder if it was addeed later?
Oh, another question for you.
Is it a standard style Wingmaster trap action or is it the Trap special competition with thhe recoil reduction system where the maggazine normall goes?
Cat

Now the big question. Are you going to use it or just look at it on the wall? You said you were going to go have a watch at Canadians in Calgary this summer but why not pull it out and shoot a couple events with it?! After all they are meant to be shot not just admired....;)

Might be fun!
Was hoping to meet you last year at the provincials in Calgary. You must have been hiding.

Because they were done as a telephonic satellite shoot because of Covid I opted to shoot them in Swift Current, SK with a few folks from my home club. Hopefully we'll get to Calgary this summer for them and can meet. Maybe even squad together for singles? We could squad together for caps too if you're a long yardage group shooter?

Oops just noticed you said Provincials in Calgary last year not Canadians....hmm can't recall where I was that weekend? Might have been shooting in Kindersley, SK?

That is why I always buy two of ones I like . One to shoot and one to keep :)
