The returned 9.3

I bought one from Anthony-then another, and another and another. The Husqvarna swedes have to be the best value and the best workmanship of ALL the milsurps.
My''favourite'' 9.3x57 is one that came with a Helqvist peep sight[scarce as hens teeth, and the reason I bought the rifle]...the rest I scoped with older M-8 Leupolds.ALL of them had ''excellent'' barrels. Some required a couple of hours steaming out dings and refinishing, but so what?-Can't think of a better way to spend a few hours-and the walnut stocks come up beautifully.Even after being scoped-none of them had more than $400 in.I just ordered a Boyds thumbhole laminate stock for my first 6.5x55-$69 unfinished

The only ''complaint''I hear about the 9.3x57 is they are a ''short range''-under 200 yard gun....heck-I don't SHOOT farther than 200 yards and mostly well UNDER that-by HALF or even less....loaded with a 286 gr privipartizan, no moose is going too far with a solid hit,and the 6.5x55 needs no introduction as a deer rifle,it is way more accurate than I am

would I refer Anthony to anybody?-absolutely.....and besides I LIKE dealing with an ''owner operator''shop where they under promise -over deliver and stand behind their product 100% of the time-best advertising there is

ps-whens your next shipment of rolling blocks coming in?I ''have'' to have one

Just a little precision here; HVA sporting rifles based on either the M/94 or the M/98 ARE NOT MILSURPS. The Vapen Depoten and Stiga are.

--- Happy to Say , that I am a member of this club as well, after buying a 9.3 x 57 Husqvarna, a 46A , made in 1942 and Very Glad I did !! -- True, Old World craftmanship, plus great Swedish steel and walnut, that cleaned up Nice !! A Real Keeper !! And the bolt needed a bit of oil too , been a while -- :) I have bought a number of firearms from Anthony, Trade X, and Never have been sorry or disapointed in any way, 100 % all the way !! --- and as stated before, I would refer, Anthony and Trade X to anyone as well, And Have, several times.
A Great Place to deal with, and that really know, how to treat their Customers !!!

It's nice to know I'm not the only one appreciates the incredible quality and value of these huskies. Sometimes one gets the impression that if is is not plastic and titanium with a recoil and velocity of a howitzer that it ain't a gun to lots of folks. And I second the amusement at the 200 yard complaint. I shot a deer at that range this year and it was my longest shot on a big game animal in probably twenty years and I get my deer and moose almost every year in way under 100yds mostly. Can you imagine how much a rifle of this quality would cost to make today? Many thousands I would bet, if you even could. It's the one rifle I would never sell.

I am another happy customer. I received an M96 in 9.3x62 recently. I am very impressed with the condition of this rifle for the price. I am in the middle of refinishing the stock and mounting a scope. I can't wait to try it out when I'm finished.

Recent purchase M96 rifle purchased from Tradeex.

9.3 x 62

I have also had geat experiences with my puchases thus far with tradeex.. They went above and beyond when I requested a 91/30 made in 1925 ,said they would try but no promises. 1925 was the year my father was born. A week and a half later a magnificent 1925 Mosin shows up at the door.
Do you folks know if the 9.3 x 62 is as accurate as the 9.3x57. I would just like to get the big bang gun possibly for a moose hunt next year,,and just to shoot!
Cheers.
I guess I could also ask about the Husqv. 22's that he has ,I was thinking of getting one for my youngest with the hex barrel, single shot?

Woodbeef,

Personally, I wouldn't rely too much on FN sport when it comes to keeping Norma stuff in stock (and many other items...)., especially when it comes to something "out of standard"..

Correct.
