Looks like a nice rifle. What I would love to have is a list of all the parts and accessories on that rifle. That way if I ever come into enough money for a huge project I will be able to build a copy of that rifle based on an HK416.

This is so typical of militaries. At least 30,000 bucks of gear locked up in a $6.00 plywood box. Moreover the first guy who used that locker probably had to make it himself.

Yes. Four years ago.

Anyone else use a 3" paintbrush to clean their equipment?

Yes.

They work well to get dust out of places your fingers don't reach or don't want to blow your saliva into. I prefer a 1" myself since it fits into my C-8 cleaning kit pouch with the green FN cleaning "toothbrush". They also make a reasonable rigid parrying device and have a pointy end to stick in someone's eye or other soft spot.

Everything is a weapon.
