the right close range optic for fun shooting on a fully kitted Archangel SKS

Got a couple archangel SKS's with the wartek rail and im wondering what the right optic might be for it...

i had a fun little airsoft 2.5-6x illuminated reticle silly scope on there for a day until it crapped the bed... it was alright size... something similar in vortex perhaps?
I tried a cheap airsoft red dot too.. ACOG style.. no magnification which wasnt as fun i like a 2 to 5x or so on something for close to mid range... out to 100 yards is fine.

nonsense. thats crap.
its also impossible, as the wartek rail eliminates them and I dont want pop up battle sights.. the rail is too high to adjust them down into the fire line.
something mildly tactical... the 3-9x40 Vortex on my SR22 is nice but i'd prefer something 2-8x i think, easier to switch back in and out of scope view quickly...

The holosun is the cheapest quality red dot I would waste my money on putting on a SKS. Even then they cost more than the SKS. Lol

yeah my target rifle is a limited edition 93R17 that cost about $600, the scope on it is a $1300 Vortex PST.

its not bad to spend more than the cost of the gun... im planning on my optics outliving my interest in any particular firearm.

I just bought a bushnell Trs-25 seems like a nice little sight for the price. Chances are your gonna be shooting cheap ammo out of it anyways you don't need something expensive .

I use both the TRS25 and the SPARC red dots. They both work very well.

Stay away from the airsoft crap for anything more than a .22. As for optic, depends what your budget is? Vortex red dots are good for the money. Sam with bushnell and burris. The bushnell AR series 1-4 is decent as well.
