I borrowed a copy and for the life of me couldn't get into it. It was the most disjointed poorly organized volume I ever tried to read....but it's the only one and has all the pertinent info. Dave

For a bit of a cheaper perspective, There is the Pamphlet "A question of confidence", published by Service publications. It is somewhat negative, but an interesting read nontheless.
