thanks
thanks to Steve for letting me and (lyle, the evil twin) use the .223 with the 90 grain pills,
I shot the 3rd match on saturday (500 meters and missed 2 5's)
I then shot the 4th match (300 meters and went clean with 8 v's)
so it looks like I won sunday TR but sadly did not,
they were kind enough to let us take our total for the day (but not the weekend) to tally the scores, thanks
thanks to my spotter (Roy I think) even though I disliked the way he would answer my simple question ARE WE DONE YET every few rounds as I was thinking if I could just quit now it would look like I did nt miss, sadly I was forced to continue on,
folks were GREAT,
gun was GREAT,
weather was GREAT (OK best out of 3)
had fun and bought a RPA quadlite from Paul (and may sell it as think I need a bat vtr or rem clone for now)
will now finish my 6br in a Robertson ranger stock with my used barn yard action and fluted barrel (1 in 10 so will bought a new barrel today)
so I must apologize to the folks at Kamloops as it is highly possible that I shall return, again sorry
(first time I shot past 200 yards in my life)
and got to shoot a 308 with a 210 grain bullet (pulled the trigger once, then gently placed the empty in the mtm box, slowly closed the mtm box, raised myself off the mat and very slowly made the way to the exit door whereupon I went directly to the outhouse and did not pass go or collect 200 dollars,
holly crap that hurt, I was not ready for that, soooooooo 6br it is,
thanks again from lyle and I
Jeffy
