The "Semi-Bullpup"

So I i'm TFB and I come across this little post. So whould this be Prohib because it's a bull pup conversion, or not because the rifle is still in it's factory configuration?

I know, I know. It's originally for a already Prohib rifle. But what if the same design is used on, say a CZ858 or some others (possibly Black/Green Rifles)?

Huh, never seen something quite like that before.

I guess it would depend on OAL, as is it expressly capable of firing when folded. Other than that, and the fact that it's an unholy scourge of all decent folk, the concept itself might not be inherently prohib. However, applying it to an existing gun would probably just be ruled the same as putting on a regular bullpup stock.

Who knows, it's weird enough that it just might get approved.

A better question is why anyone would intentionally want to shoot ANY rifle like that.

Bullpups are legal, that one doesn't require the presence of a stock. It doesn't need approval. Factory configuration has nothing to do with it.

Two trigger groups, ridicules sights, laughable thingy on the front of the barrel. An epic fail on all accounts in my books. Regardless of classification, I would smirk and move on thank you very much.
