The simularities between a Harley and a 10/22

LMAO.....10/22 owners remind me of the kid down the street.

He bought a honda civic, and put tons of money and work into making it perform as well as his racetrack nemesis driving a WRX STi.....

The REALLY funny part? For the money he spent he could have just bought the STi to begin with, and still had a bunch of $$ to make it even better :)

In summation: The 10/22 may not be the harley of the gun world....but it certainly is the civic.

Teee heee heee. :D

Harley's are sitting on the side of the road as often as the 10/22's are trying to clear a jam.

A Harley Davidson is more accurate than a 10/22. :p

A friend of mine, ex-biker, tells me that the Japanese motorcycles were originally imported to N. America by the Hells Angels because it was they only way they could keep the ###s off the Harleys.

A Harley "inspires" envy among non-owners...as does a 10/22...:p

I have owned a couple of each of these, and have NO envy whatsoever. Never will I buy another of either. I am not saying they do not have their place, nor that they are no good. They just have no place in my future. Eagleye.

I didn't know that 10/22s leaked oil.

I guess they are alike in that most factory parts have to be replaced to get performance out of them.

Anything else? Oh yeah! They both like riding in pickup trucks! :)

Accuracy is relevant to the purpose the gun is used for; I use my bone stock 10/22 for killing gophers, a purpose for which it is more than accurate enough. If I wanted to put holes in paper all day long, trying to get the smallest group possible, because I lead a very boring life I would buy an Anshultz. But I would never, ever own a Harley!!
