Would that be 63A or B?
I hunt 63A, and a map in the last Ontario Out of Doors, showed it as not allowing Sunday hunts.
Doesn't make sense, as the whole area are hunters.

Don't worry Don. I think it will come soon. I'm at least trying to remain hope full. God damn gov't

Dave.

I'll be tagging my first bear in a few weeks, and I'll dedicate it to you Ontario fellas who've had the spring bear hunt usurped by retards and radicals.

thanks silverado:D a beer will be owed to you from many of us..
cheers and happy hunting

hey fogducker and all of the other ontario hunters do what i did
send your local MP a polite letter in regards to the spring hunt and point out the population growth and amount of bear incidences that have been reported in your area as well as the safety and economic losses since the spring hunt has been canceled and how with the current population growth of bears and the current city population is moving more outward into the country how quickly the bears will be moving into playgrounds and back yards
and how long it will be before a child is attacked or worse (similer to the couger situation out west) and how important a role proper bear management through hunting plays out in this
if they get enough of us writing letters to them they might actully do something
PS remember if your going to quote numbers make sure they are "FACTUAL"
IE dont do like the liberals and just make up numbers. do the research and quote where the numbers came from *make sure it is a reliable source not your best friends uncles cousin billy bob from up north lol *

about the only way this will work...is when some poor sob does get to meet there maker because of a bear....
and the only letter that will count will be from the all the anti hunters begging for us to clean up the mess they have made for them selves..i hope when it does happen...it happens to one of them sob,s that started this bs..

Sunday hunt

My brother is mayor of Lanark Highlands and says on the last vote regarding Sunday hunting he was the only yes. Says he's been slowly bringing some of the councellors around but they seem to be brainwashed into thinking hunting is deplorable redneck behavior. Where are people getting this from? What are we going to do aboout it?

Like him it has to be one by one...

Good luck to all you hunters! Turkeys are out there this Spring...

It will have to happen in the GTA before McGuinty will notice, the rest of us don't matter.

thats no way to treat a bear.have you no care or feelings man:p

Don't know as I never heard of someone caught for hunting on a closed Sunday. My guess, it would cost more than being caught for shooting someone in downtown Toronto.

how about some photo shopped pics of bear around the cn tower...around ontario place...even around the city hall...or how how about one waving at the sign on the 401 say the population of toronto:) :) :)
ppl of toronto are not to bright...they believe any thing they see on the net;)
put in the caption of each pic.......
the bears are eating little kids in toronto...please bring back the spring bear hunt:p :p

We should send Robert shad to where the Grizzly man lived maybe the Grizzly's could take care of another Anti for us and then they would reinstate the spring bear hunt here. the only reason it was cancelled was due to polotics never once because of scientific research. I watched a video on another forum today of a bear eating a moose calf. everything has a chain reaction so how does this affect the rest of the ecology I mean if there are more bears are they eating more moose deer rabbits or how is the habitat effected ETC. I think that the MNR has to be reminded that ethical cfontrolled hunting is a superior form of conservation and wildlife management. Our government is a real joke when they do stuff like this without any scientific support;.
