The Sulun SR-410! New nickle version.

^More LOP is needed for anyone over the age of 12 to comfortably use the gun. I know some guys are doing OK but it's still a wonder why a large amount of utility would be sacrificed for a few inches of length. Looks like the new stock is still going to be very short for an adult, that's disappointing.

These shotguns were based around a concept of compactness -something not seen anywhere else on the market. Plenty of full length options out there from other brands. The new mid-size versions are a good compromise between shootability and compactness; using a shoulders forward stance more then adequate to shooters at least 6'2".

For reference, an M4 carbine LOP is between 10.5 and 13.8"

I think you guys did another great job bringing these to market, Thank You TI

Do you have plans to offer a proper stock or not? 13" might be enough I suppose. I am a bit over 6'2" and while I don't doubt some guys are ok with adapting whatever stance to make it work i have used it enough to know it sucks for any significant amount of shooting. I don't buy guns with youth stocks to save a couple inches, I wouldn't bother doing it here either. M4 LOP is irrelevant since the guns are not held in the same place. If you had to hold an M4 by the buffer tube it would maybe make sense.

here is my new SS-211 Mid size with 12.2 inch barrel, way better than the old shorty stock 8 inch barrel guns, this stock makes a huge difference, plus, quality seems to have jumped up a few notches.Pictured beside a full size Trinty for comparison. I have a new mid sized 410 revolver steel frame going to be here today so will post pics then.

My short version SR-410 just arrived, just as previously indicated 12.75 inch LOP, which is fine. Its basically the same LOP as a SKS. Your not going to want to shoot clays all day with it but its otherwise a prefectly useable short shottie. I like it. Holster is a very nice quality soft leather, looks like its built to accommodate the presence of optics, so the gun is a little top heavy/tippy feeling in it. I think it might be a little more secure if the barrel could poke out the bottom a bit. Looks cool but you not going to want to do much running in it :)

Here it is
Steel frame mid size
It weighed in at 6.4 pounds with rail
The stock length is much more user friendly then the older style.

Looks nice PC9!
About $950 in that configuration delivered? I'd be tempted to get some brass .410shells or maybe fireform some rifle brass and try loading round balls.... :)

Looks like you got some nice wood on that little blaster HunterHenderson!

Ya it looks awesome THANKS!!!, I stripped the crappy thin varnish, it has some sort of dye in it to make the wood darker, stripped off fine and super nice wood underneath that I couldnt see until it was stripped

Thanks for the pics PC9!

so, what is the receiver made out of on a standard short black model ? is it not steel ?
how come only the Midsize/nickel model marked as steel receiver.
Is there an overall length available to compare between the two models ?
i am deciding which model to get.. my 211 has LOP of 10,5" and i can shoot that no problem. I doubt the accuracy increase will be enough to justify the extra length.. how much longer is MIDSIZE overall.... ?
