Not for me, as it will come down to which one costs less, and if the Norinco one is also still non-restricted.
Also I hope the Norinco one comes with it's original optics.

The Tavor looks sweet, and would be my first choice, but I'm a man on a budget this year.

The optic is always "on" it used no power, just daylight and tritium.

It is pretty much the same deal as the Trijioon Reflex sight. It is powered by fibre optics during the day and Tritium at night.
