The Top 3 guns that you have and will recommend others

HK P7M8 (smallest we can get plus is a neat little gun with good features)

HK P2000 (cheaper than P7M8, easier to clean, almost as accurate)

1911 (tough, durable, easy to detail strip and replace parts) preferably in Commander or CCO configuration.

All in 9mm (cheap, accurate, +p+ JHP available)

best three

Kimber 1911 (warrior for me)
K frame smith & wesson in .357
Beretta 96

Own all three and they get the most use of my collection

Best 3

Well here it is.
  1. Kimber Grand Raptor (just got it and love it)
  2. CZ SP-01 without the heavy rubber grips for IDPA
  3. HK P7M8 Accurate, small, solid handgun.
IMHO those are my top three.

An auto, revolver, and a 22. Not necessarily the best or fanciest but definitely recommended.

1911 - SVI in 40 S&W
Colt or S&W Revolver - 4" Python or 3" 686
Ruger 22 with 5 1/2" heavy barrel.

As a 4th, I would add a plastic pistol, Glock, M&P or Steyr.

My 3 faves are:

S&W M29 8 3/8" BBl .44 (I love that gun)
Colt 1911 (or clone) in .45 ACP
And my Browning Buckmark in .22lr- just can't be beat for good cheap fun (plus my little girl can come to the range and have "quality time" with Daddy shooting that one)

Cheers, DW

A single shot .22 because anyone and everyone should learn to shoot with one. They are a great rifle to have for gophers and introducing others to the sport.

A Glock. A very K.I.S.S. principle handgun.

A 12 gauge pump. Effective, useful, nice all around gun.

CZ Shadow 9mm (Excellent fit in the hand, fabulous trigger):dancingbanana:

SIG P220 Tactical .45 (super accurate, Perfect trigger) :dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

S&W 686 .357 (my absolute favourite of all handguns) :dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana:
