I know this the hunting forum and this is a fishing thread - if that bothers you, get over it...


Fished in a local tourney on Saturday and caught this guy - 7.2lbs (30" long). Pretty good fish for this small little lake.

Managed to take first prize. We released the fish after it was weighed in.

Nice looking eye! Kinda skinny for a 30", isn't it? My Ontario fishing experience is more around Kenora area, but the 30" we've caught were usually 10-12 lbs.

Trolling in 25ft water using a yellow walleye diver.

Agreed - usually 30" works out to 10ish lbs for us around here.
