Figure its a "can't lose". Able to jump on a waiting listing for no money down? Awesome, first chance to get one when the FRT gets issued. FRT doesn't get issued? No money out of pocket and the money set aside goes to something else fun to shoot.

I dont believe you can. Im pretty sure you need to have some sort of direct access to the database ie. local gun shop. Dont quote me on that but I have googled it quite a few times and always get the same RCMP link that isnt active.
