The Ultimate survival/pack/bugout gun!

well i have been wanting one of these guns for a while, a short single shot break down rifle in 308 win. i could not find one straite out of the factory so i decided to get one built. i bought a h&r single shot from ellwood epps with the handi stock. picked up a bushnell trophy xlt 4-1.75x32 power scope, with QD leupold rings. i also got iron sights put on which are excellent and hi viz! also got a hammer extention and a quick take down squew so it can be taken down with no tools. finally got the barrel chopped to 18.5 inches. the case i have is made by skinner sights. it is the perfect case for this gun!. i have a chamber adapter for this gun so i can shoot 32 acp out of it. the main reason for me to get this gun built is is to have a easy small packable gun that would fit where most guns will not. although it weight just under 11 pounds and small and easy to carry im my pack for other places. total amount of money in this rifle was $860! not bad considering all the stuff i got done to it. cant wait toget lost somewere with this gun! let me know what you think!

its 11 lbs all together. with 30 plus rouds of 308 an 50 rounds of 32 acp. it also has a heavy barrel. im not too worried about the weight though.

just got back from shooting it, grouped around 2 inches with the scope and 4 inches with iron sights a 100 yards. kicks like a mule though!

How do you safely shoot .32 ACP (.311 diameter) out of a .308 bore?

no clue but it works great and its rabbit accurate out to 50 yards!

It does work, I have used them in .300 WM, .300 Wby, .30-06 and .308 Win. with good success.
