Looks like the Valtro shotgun is making a comeback.

Westrifle has them for sale. New manufacture by a company called Brixia in Italy.

High time. I still don't know why these things went out of production. They're nice shotguns. My only issue is seating the mag properly. Finesse, not speed.

That was my first ever shotgun from years ago. It was really unique back then. Short barrel and 7+1 mag fed of 3" = loads of fun. I didn't like the stock though, and the mags were ridiculously expensive ($100+ a pop!).

This new price isn't all that attractive either. It has always been about $750 over the years.

Cool shotgun for its time.

For me the stock was way too long. I felt like I was reaching wayyyy out there to pull on that pump. It was reliable though. Zero issue with all kinds of ammo and ate whatever I fed it.

Rather crude build construction (especially for the price), mags that are easy to get jammed in the receiver, crappy stock with no padding whatsoever....It's a good concept but the execution is mediocre.

Everyone is complaining about that front sight being way too low, I sent west rifle a email regarding it and their answer was a blow off, basically these sights are the same as the valtro, and that's it, never addressed them shooting way high which they all appear to do??

I would buy one if they would anti up regarding the sights

I put a red dot on mine... it has a rail, so that's easy to do.

VERY accurate and super smooth action. My old mags run perfectly, and I lightly sanded the edges off my new ones and they're almost as smooth. I even found a source for chokes to extend its range.

The guys with Daggers gaze upon me longingly when I'm cleaning up at Tac Shotgun matches!
