I gotta say that is a very good looking rifle and I really like the black barrel, very sharp.

It's finished...

Please do some more accuracy reports if you don't mind, #10 rd group(s) would be awesome.

Also people need to realize that most premium rifles like this ATRS MV will shoot better then most of us non-competitive/serious shooters are capable of.

So just because it's only MOA or just a little more doesn't mean putting it in a sled wouldn't offer sub MOA groups...

As seen by Trinimon's Black Rifle Challenge it's not easy peasy for quality AR rifles with amateur (regular kinda guys/gals) shooters to manage sub MOA groups.

Thanks for posting it up 6MT.

Cheers D

Who will be the first to convert theirs to 6.5 or 6.8?

There was another thread on here somewhere on the varmints and I brought up the caliber conversion aspect because I am not interested in a 223 at all. The manufacturer chimed in and it was quite clear that even third party conversions on their rifles would be frowned upon by them to the point of where it sounded like you wouldn't be able to buy spare parts etc for your rifle anymore.

Any updates? Many round through your rifle?

I see that you are planning to run it for 3 gun and such, have you had a chance to run it through much continuous fire?

Looks great, if it handles and runs as good as it looks I will be grabbing one for my NR fun gun.

I've only got 65 rounds fired so far. Mostly for break-in and function testing. I was having some issues with feeding the longer 77gr cartridges from the polymer magazines. About once in 20 to 25 rounds, I would have a round vibrate up to the front of the magazine edge and get hung up and not chamber. For my next trip out, I have seated the bullets even deeper. Now there's about .050" clearance from the bullet tip to the front of the magazine. I plan on ringing it out further today. I will report back.

Until then, here's a nice pic I took this morning...

:O super ###y

Im looking forward to range reports, I want to see if I will sell the ACR or not :)

Me too, but I'm more interested in reliability than accuracy, as long as it can shoot under 4moa with bulk factory ammo (55 grain AE) I'm good. But if this thing has failure to feed, failure to eject, double feeds, bullet stuck in barrel, catching on feed ramps, explodes in your face, or blaming xyz mags, I'm going to stay away from it.

Have you considered a Mini-14? It has all the attributes that you list.;)
