The "What Have You Reloaded Today" thread

Working my way through this lot. Loaded 374 rounds of .44mag with 21.5 and 21.7 grains of IMR4227 with S&B and WLP primers and Campro 240gr TMJ's on Sunday morning and used 174 of them. And I've got 200 edit- 350 done so far tonight with Starline brass, 23.7gr of H-110 (new lot #) and the usual Campro. And I'm washing all the brass from yesterday which minus the cracked ones is another 313 pieces. And I screwed up and have mixed up a bunch of 13 times fire brass with a bunch of 11 times fired stuff. Distracted by the target theft caper I think. Hmmmm, maybe heroin is cheaper.

Went to anneal 100 cases of 308win lapua, ran out of propane 28 cases in... So I sized 28 cases and trimmed another 10. I probably should have checked case length last couple loadings... OAL was 2.022", trimming down to 2.05" takes forever...

20160301_200948_resized.jpgOne of the best things about a new rifle - developing loads. Loaded up several rounds of .270 with two different bullet weights, two different primer types, and then incremental increasing loads. Looking forward to range day with my Chrony.

Finally stumbled upon a decent deer hunting handload for a 30-06 semi-auto hunting rifle.

51.0 grains of Viht N140
#34 CCI LR primer
Lapua case
125 grain Nosler BT

Two shots touching @100 meters, number 3, about 3/8 inch away from the first two. Light recoil. Fired primer looks okay.

Cleaned up some brass last night and tried out my new neck turning thingamadohickey today.

First one where I havent quite go the depth set right

They can pretty much come out mirror finish. Cant really see it because of the light, but it kind of shows the low spot (not trimmed) on it.

It was a snow day for me:
Loaded 37 rounds of 22-250 why only 37? the white box of 40 winchester had 3 split necks that's why.
Found load data using H322 off of the Hodgson reloading site decided to try it out since I have that powder on hand when I load my 223.
Looks like I will be able to try these out the following week.

After a month long search for dies, finally got some 257-Roy loaded up...

Felt kind of silly dumping all that powder in the case for such a wee bullet :)
