The wife thinks the scope is overkill!!

Nothing wrong with the optic.

Buying a used Rover for ground hog hunting would have been over kill...

Once I get a chance to dial it in maybe I will be able to shoot gophers at 200 yards!! But for putting it on and doing ZERO ajustments I think beer cans at 75 yards is Pretty good considering it was the first time out with the rifle and scope!! But then again NOT all of us are top marksmen that can shoot 1/2 inch groups at 200 yards first time every time with a new .22 and a new scope! But maybe one day i will be that good! But for now I will just have to live with how bad a shoot I am and hope and pray I get lucky and see a gopher or 2 at a little less than 200 yard!! OH WAIT!! My son and I were killing them with a slingshoot last year!!! I think my chances of killing 1 or 2 are looking up!!! Maybe not at 200 yards this year, but I will keep trying!!!
