I caught an episode of The Wild Gourmets the other night and thought I would spread the word here.
Basically the idea for the show is a chef and an "adventurer" team up and head to the British countryside to hunt, catch and forage what they can for daily meals.
Not only are they making some great looking food (squirrel à la Peking duck anyone?) but they consistently send the message that hunting is the most human and healthy way to harvest and prepare meat.
This is the best thing I have seen come out of the U.K. in quite some time.
Next episode airs Friday, February 27 9:30 PM EST
