I'm curious to hear some stories of the absolutely crappiest rifle you ever owned and why it was that way. First hand info only please.

Rossi 243. Came to me missing the muzzle break and with multiple spots of bluing missing along with an inability to group better then 4-5 square inches at 25 yards. I have an idea of whats wrong with the grouping gonna fix it eventually but the gun is more tempting to just wrap around a tree or use as a target for my 270 or 308 at this time due to how frustrated I am with CGN sponser/dealer and the Crap Service I got from them and my POS rifle they sent me I hope you read this and HOPE YOU HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME I avoid your website like the bubonic plague. 3 months and I still haven't gotten my missing part.

So, why no negative feedback left ?

Just a reminder, lets not hijack this into something that gets locked...

Hands down, Ruger Mini-14 Ranch Rifle..........incredibly inaccurate!
A friend accompanied me, as I was trying to 'sight-in' this piece of sh#t. His wife was new to shooting, and he brought her along to try out, his sporterized SMLE.
His wife after a brief introduction proceeded to hit it, again and again and again, an empty bucket @100 yards, with the .303!
The piece of sh#t mini14 could not even accomplish this @100 yards!!!
Glad it is long gone........

weatherby 257 laser mark couldnt hit a deer at 100yards handed the gun off and said to my parntner you try it and he missed after 5 shots then he took his Sako and finished it off long story took it to a gun smith and said the barrel was no good the gun had only 80 bullets threw and and never hit anything inside of a 4 inch group was so discusted sold it cheep and bought a browning a bolt now that gun shot great out of the box !

Henry AR7 "survival rifle". The friggin' thing didn't even survive the first box of 50 rounds.

A CZ-52 in "excellent" arsenal refurbished condition bought from Century Arms when they still had their warehouse in Quebec. It had been rechambered to fire 9mm. I don't think I was ever able to fire off one complete magazine without it jamming up on me. Tried various types of ammo and replaced recoil spring but still coudn't get it to function properly. On top of that the firing pin broke and the slide stop "stopped" working. Wasted alot of time with that thing until I finally sold it.

Rifle? In truth the worst I owned, a Lee Enfield, I owned one once for 8 days, what a piece of ####, and I dont care what the Milsurp forum guys say, there is a reason I used to turn them into crib boards. Mine was the standard Canadian gunstore sporter #4mk1, just junky, and awful, there I said it. There is a reason they sell for 150$s. Next in line was a Zastava Mini Mauser, with its awful ejector and associated problems, awful, just awful.

I have seen and handled ALOT worse, but never owned them. I did have a Parker Hale 98 that I bought once for a project gun, the 'long distance description' was far from accurate when I got it, it was infact in such bad shape I ended up parting it out at a healthy loss, but that was not strictly the guns fault, as much as a previous owners.
