I see you have these on your site.Are the mags pinned on the spine? or through the body? if not is that an option?
I would rather have them pinned in the spine.

My M1A hates those thermold mags, jamming, breaking, not good, spend the extra cash its worth it. i run the norinco m14 mags never had a problem. I would run original springfield mags but good luck trying to find those. just my 2 cents.

I have 3 or 4 of the Thermold mags. Run them in both my M-14 and my Mini-14. They have worked well for me. They are pinned through the body, because that's what holds the spring assemly in place. They have a 5 round spring, not a full length one, and this is held by the pin. You can remove the base plate, but it's just empty space. I haven't figured out how to remove the spring and follower if you wanted to clean it.

I hate to defend anything Chinese but the Norc mags are solid. haven't had any luck with Thermold myself. Having the spring the way it is is crap as well...

Stay away, have two, they have never been reliable for a serial of 5 rds...
never had a issues with a Norc or SA...

Too bad, becausqe they are really light and the lips look way stronger than back in the days with the C7 ones
