Just purchased a high-end scope from Prophet River. I ended up asking a bunch of questions and Clay answered them promptly, and by promptly I mean Saturday evening after business hours...

I honestly don't know if a store can take care of its customers any better than Prophet River does...!!!

Their live support through their website is amazing too. I had asked a question about a stock I was interested in, and I got a response super fast. Wonderful team, no issues with them whatsoever.
 
I emailed last year just after new year on a Sunday morning, was looking for a henry in 357, not expecting an answer til Monday Tuesday at earliest, got an email within minutes saying he had one coming in couple weeks. I said I'll take it, do you want a deposit, minutes later an invoice, can't remember what deposit was, gun was at my house in 2 weeks.
 
This thread is not about what I purchased, but more about my appreciation of Prophet River, and frustration with some other sponsors on CGN, hoping they see these messages and learn from them...
 
I'll never forget visiting this store to find my first gun. When I asked if I could hold one of the rifles, the man behind the counter handed it to me and said "Hold it until you want it." Now THAT is how you sell guns! Lol
 
Clay helped me out a lot in getting some uncommon reloading dies, they were 500 Jeffery so not just sitting on the shelf but even though it took a while Clay was with me and updating me the whole time. keeping me in the loop with the emails to the supplier. he answered questions on Sundays and after hours. they are AWESOME in my books.
 
Just got my M17. I disassembled the gun and took apart the FCU and it was spotless, zero rust/corrosion, zero marks.

I purchased another M17 from another retailer, and that one had slight rust on the FCU near the trigger housing.

Both were purchased on the same week and both took 6 months to arrive. This one was in a blue bag (maybe VCI) and the other one wasn’t.
