They just followed me home... honestly

So I went the Midwestern Ontario Sportsmen's Show in the bustling metropolis of Walkerton today and a couple of things just followed me home.

From what I can tell I have a Tula built SVT40, made in '41 with a 6 port muzzle brake, a narrow trigger guard, and the army style stock. Correct? Obviously it has been refurbed, and is sporting a ### plum coloured bolt. Unfortunatly, the retailer either forgot to being, or didn't see in the crate, the accessory kits, so I'll have to go bug him in the store somepoint next week about them. If not, does anyone know where to get a SVT accessory set? The sling is the main thing that I want.

The other thing that literaly followed me home, b/c it was in my back pocket.

A Bundeswehr cutlery set. Stainless steel. I've been looking for one of these for a while and I finally have one. Another plus is that the can opener WILL open ammuntion cans.

what is the finish on that bolt carrier? bronze plate or something?

From what I have read, when they were refurbed, some of the chemicals they used on the bolt and bolt carrier, reacted with the metal to produce the varying colours.

I could always blue it, but it does look neat.

Usually the bolts turn out a plum colour, a bronze is interesting to say the least.
