Well, aside from the rather artistic rendering of the stock, the action is certainly strong enough and assuming the barrel has been properly installed, why not?
I just wouldn't open my wallet to buy the thing when there are complete P14's still available or a Model 30 Remington.
 
That's not a no 1 barrel, The threads foir the P-14/P-17 are a a square type of thread, not to mention the barrel shank is larger. It looks like the original barrel with a SMLE rear sight soldered on to it and a funky front sight, but saying that (without a close up of the rear sight) It could be a mauser rear sight?

Tie it down and try it...

looks like a Nagant rear sight, either way the square threads would not work well with a replacement barrel. If its the original barrel then I dont think there are any issues IF its a replaement barrel then I don't think I would shoot it.
