Thinking about a bolt-action, scoped rifle. CZ a good choice?

I haven't seen as many rifles as many others here, but that is the most beautiful rifle I've ever seen. That deserves a place on the wall.
 
I went to a gun shop yesterday and they had a CZ with a stock just like that, but it was .17HMR.
