How big are your hands? Get a G-21sf if your hands are medium size or smaller.

Both are great guns.
It really comes down to which cartridge do you love more.
People are really pasionate for one or the other, finda like a Chev/Ford thing.

ive never fired the 10mm in any pistol. i have a few .45s but one more couldnt hurt? could it? i have heaRD 10mm is more powerful than .357 mag? is this true? just on that fact alone gives me a woody. so i dont know, what is the price of 10mm vs. .45acp? idont think i have ever seen 10mm before in stores either. back to the hands thing, i have id say medto small hands. short stubby fingers. arent the slim frame ones a totally different look to them? i saw a g21 sf, it looked retarded. looked too big in the front rail area? or is that some other model?

I'd pick the G20...was thinking of getting one myself but after handling one was really turned off! The grips just felt unnatural -- and I've shot Glocks before. Hopefully they'll make G20SF. But if you don't have to get a 10mm, go with G21SF...

G21 I wanted a 45 and glock was the way I went and couldn`t be happier. I got a AA 22 conversion on the way so I can have the best of both worlds.

slightly wider as compared to g17/22? if this is what you mean, then yeah i found the grip on the g17/22 to be a little small, so i think bigger would be ok. i think i will go for the g20. thanks for your help guys!!!

Yes, the frame on the G20 was designed from the ground-up for the powerful 10 mm cartridge, so it is approx. 2.5 mm wider and slightly longer. This same frame was then recycled and used on the G21. You won't be disappointed with the G20. It's my next Glock as well.

ok i was looking a questars website, they have ALOT of different models, i thought werent even avalible.such as the glock 30,36 they also look cool. so many choices, which one is right? i am thinking glock 20 also, but now with these others, i dont know.

The G20 grip is quite a bit bigger than G17/G22 etc. Still though, not unreasonably large ALA Desert eagle (though I've never held one of those, they just look massive). And it is comfortable enough. My hands are what I would call medium/avg size. I recall firing a Club members G20, then switching back to my CZ75 SPO1, and it felt like I was holding a compact after that.

I had a Glock 21. It was accurate and reliable. It felt a tad large but not uncomfortable at the gun store. I thought I'd be able to live with it but after putting 1000 rounds through it I stopped shooting it because my 1911's and Sig 220 'fit better' and I eventually sold it. FWIW, my hands fit a size 10 glove. Just be careful of initial gun store impressions because it may not tell the whole story. I'd really recommend putting one through it paces at a range if you are able.

I went G21 SF and love it...

I also load for .45Super so that I know I am in 10mm territory (absolute best of both worlds) ;)
