Hello!

I have been talking about getting into reloading for years and i think its finally time to do it. Wondering what everyones thoughts are on the Forster Co-Ax Reloading Press, watched some videos and it looks really nice. Any one have one? seem to be going for the $300 dollar mark not sure if they can be had cheaper somewhere else or not. Plans are to reload my 7mm mag.

Any feed back would be appreciated

Thanks!

Looks like the ticket to me,but I have only watched the videos also, lot of good ideas.I am also curious to here from someone with some hands on experience .I have been reloading for a number of years on a lee turret press and most recently on a rockchucker,so to see co ax in action makes you see the pro's to the press.Am thinking seriously about switching up to it just waiting for my nephew to get his and do a trial on it before I leap into it.

I have owned a Co-Ax for many, many years. IMHO, This is the epitome of single-stage presses, the very best, period.

No messing with various shellholders for most cases. Quick die change, and self aligning for bullet seating.

No one that has bought a C0-Ax on my recommendation has ever complained about it.

Regards, Dave.

Haha, well I have yet to find a bad review on it so looks like this is the one to get.

Now for the big question where is the best place to pick one up? by best i mean cheap haha

Wholesale Sports sometimes has them in stock. Hirsch Precision (site sponsor) is a Forster dealer, also a good source for dies.

You can get them from the US, they are not restricted for export, but these days it might not be worthwhile.

I'm very happy with mine; makes great straight ammo for F-class and precision rifle competition.

The only regret that I have is that I didn't get mine sooner. Do it! You will NOT regret buying one. I got mine from X-Reload.

Ditto. Best price for sure.

Also love mine. I've used almost all the single stages except the Redding Mag. Hands down coax is tits.

Get it, then get a Dillon 650. Yer done.

I do own 6 but if I'd started with those 2 I wouldn't need any others.

I don't reload 7MM but I did deprime a couple hundred with my Bonanza Co-Ax (inherited it brand new which sat in the box for nearly 27 years). Here is a brief video using a Bonanza full length sizing die. I am holding the camera with one hand and pulling the handle with the other, very easy with this press.

They look like Rube Goldberg designed it, they sit upside down, and the handle's at the wrong end.
The ergonomics are unlike any other metallic press, and there isn't a primer feed for the seater.
There, some less than complimentary things about a Co-Ax :stirthepot2:

No, I won't part with mine ;)

+1 the truth.. this is reloading press heaven.. but caution can get pricey on the Dillon side.
