I have them both actually. The norinco with both barrels, and a 1943 Tokarev. The finish is better on the norinco, and the vestigial safety is off. Slightly more accurate in 9mm, but whats the point with the price of 7,62. The Tokarev is great if you're wanting it for the novelty. Its probably killed more people than cancer in Stalin's Gulag's.
