Thinking of purchasing a 22 cal SBI C-71 or ST-22 thoughts?

I’m very interested to see how the SBI barrels perform. I have been partial to KIDD in my 2 matched semis, but this might be a fun option.

I’m looking forward to seeing some groupings

Go with the 16 inch barrel. I built a c71 with a 12.5 although it looks cool, the groups weren't too tight. I swapped it out for a green mountain fluted 16.5. I think the barrels are fine but my rifle was too light in the front to bench shoot with. Your milage may vary

Fletcher open-top receiver is the best option hands down. Un-torquing the chassis for the routinely cleaning is ultra-unnecessary in 2024
