Thinking of re- barreling my HS Precision PHL 300wsm. Currently has a light fluted pencil barrel and thinking of a 300wsm medium fluted barrel threaded @ 22-24” length. Looking for suggestions on a barrel and recommendation on who can do the work. Obviously an accurate rifle as is but would like to make it not just for hunting season.

Any other suggestions let me know thanks.

Would also trade on a 300wsm Ridge line maybe.
 
I had IBI re-barrel mine, I went with a heavier carbon wrap as I wanted a LR plinker. But they do make a good barrel, and their smith did nice work on the 4 barrels I have gotten from them.
 
What was the cost in smithing and barrel? I was thinking a carbon barrel would be sweet. How was accuracy with the new setup?
