The Fed AM is definitely my favourite bulk ammo. That is not good news about the AE, I just bought a case of it, I hope one of my .22s likes it. If not, I know someone who can use it in there bolt gun.
This .22LR shortage is starting to piss me off.

Yup the federal auto works good. Funny how we can only get the 325 rounders and not the 525 packs of federal champion. I guess it's marketing as they can get $22 out of us compared to last year when you still get the blue box of 525 for $25.Can u say rip off!!The oil companies must own the ammo companies now.
did a search over the last few days and the absolute best deal for me on the island considering local buys or shipped would have to be wildcats at $45 a brick locally. i remember buying blazers for $18 a brick 
at least the wildcats (despite everyones opinions) are actually good ammo. take some over the garbage remy trash anyday. yellow jackets are $62 for a brick locally and they be dirty..... real dirty. lots of bricks of them to be had though. bought the last brick of wildcats i knew of this AM. there is the winny bulk 555, 333, and 222 available here as well but i'm concerned to .22 pistol won't like the stuff. i hear 10/22's get fussy with the stuff.
really wishing a bought bricks upon bricks of the blazers when they could be had though as they seem to be a good in between ammo being affordable, clean, and consistant.

Just checked my VISA and Cabelas did charge me for my free shipping... Anyone else in the same boat?
not me on my visa, but if i was, and did not approve it, i would be calling them as demanding to know what the @@@@ is going on, and a refund on the shipping charge. If they say no, tell them you want to return everything at their cost for unapproved credit transactions...? lol cheers.

I've run over 15,000 AE through my 10/22's and rarely had problems and those were usually attributable to dirty/unlubed guns.
I am and for another poster I did use the coupon code and have a order confirmation that shows the shipping discounted. I'm just waiting for it to be delivered (supposed to arrive today) and then I'll call to get it straightened out. The last time around they refunded the shipping or gave a larger discount on a gift card.

I ordered Feb. 2nd, and they were apparently out of stock on AE at that time, the website wasn't updating stock.
It would be interesting if anyone who ordered after the 2nd receives any AE. Please let me know.

Just got my order today. Free shipping. $0.067 per round taxes in is as cheap as I have found in a long time.
I ordered Feb 4th, waited too long and price jumped from $2.99 to $3.49 per. Order was delivered late this afternoon.

Yes on the AE. I'm wondering what day the price changed from $2.99 to $3.49, perhaps they were out of the $2.99 stock and just "happened" to get the $3.49 stock the next day. And for those that didn't get free shipping, I suspected I did not as there was the original charge for the order and then another temp charge for $21.42 ($18.95 + tax) for shipping. When I checked my credit card today the temp charge for shipping was not processed and has disappeared from the temp column on my credit card so I guess they realized their mistake, too bad I would have been fine with a double return on a gift card!
Same here I ordered mine on February 1 but my order was slowed by a few days as their system screwed up my pal. I had to phone in my pal. Supposed to arrive Friday. If I'm charged I'll just phone in to get it credited.
