I like her analogy of biathlon; "it's like doing a 100m sprint and a bunch of push-ups, then trying to thread a needle".

Her analogy is right on the mark I couldn't believe how hard it was the first time out doing 3, 2.5k laps with shooting each lap. Thought I was going to hurl trying to get the breathing / heart rate down to shoot, only to hammer again going out.

Its a great sport though, still, its a little hard to throw down that kind of cash for a 22.
