This is exciting news for M14 lovers

You do realize that the Canadian stock you buy will be used with a made in USA or China rifle right? I hope that irony didn't escape you.

I am promoting Canadian made after market products, to items that are made in China, straight up. I don't think, but I could be wrong, that someone who buys a $2000.00 SA rifle would "upgrade" even though.........

I do not see it as any more ironic than any upgrade, to any product these days.

What is the problem?

I too am interested as well in the stock for the M14 and 10/22. I will say that if the m14 stock is over $350.00 I will order a custom from M14 Doctor. They need to keep their price in respect to the quality of the unit. If it is a nice looking piece but has no functionality or even hurts accuracy then it is worth $50.00 to me on a beater rifle. There is no way I would put it on my Springfield or Norinco. I would pick up a spare cheap used Norinco for buddies to come hunting with me and as beater stock that looks good. I will have to see some feedback.

The 10/22 stock is almost a must have as I was going to airsoft stock swap my plinkster but I will hold off till I hear more about teh G36 stock.

Like others here, I am going to wait until some range reports come back before I dive in and spend the cash. If it's just a cool looking piece of injection molded junk that has no functional purpose... I'll pass.

But if it improves accuracy over regular GI wood or fiberglass, I'll take one, and another M-14 to put it on. :D

Here's hoping they make that HK kit for the 597 as well.

Well, it definitely looks cool, no doubt about it. But if I had $399 leftover for a stock, I'd rather save another $100 and get an M14Doctor M14SA2 Hunter stock.
THOSE are ###y, and I wouldn't feel like a tacticool douchebag (no offense) carrying that into the woods to hunt.

That 10/22 G36 stock, though... damn, I want that.

Apparently it did escape you.

Adding a bit of mil training to a hunt just makes it more fun. (if you have any mil background that is) If you don't, you do look like a complete douche...lol.

I have a JAE-100 and I love it, but it is extremely heavy. Aluminum skeleton covered in this strange tan rubber , with titanium locking lugs to give metal on metal "bedding".... it is solid but sadly it turned my rifle into a bench gun. The JAE is overkill for me, and I am ashamed to say I bought it as much for the looks as I did for the performance.

This new stock looks good because it gives some JAE style ergonomics to a synthetic stock, but without the boat anchor weight. I don't think anyone is going to use one of these for a match rifle build (the M14 doctor can help you with those) , but a lot of people will use them for fun rifle builds.

This will hopefully be an inexpensive stock for an inexpensive rifle, and this should make a lot of people happy. More options for the M14/m305 are always welcome here.

I finally got my info pricing on the M1A/M305 kit and its good. I am now able to take backorders at this pricing.

I will have that pricing on my website hopefully later today. tomorrow at the latest. I am not supposed to discuss pricing in an open forum so please don't ask.

There is no other info about what comes with the kit or accessories or mag costs. I am sure it will start to trickle in but I thought you guys would want to know that the wheels are turning and we will have some kits in a month or so.

Look forward to your orders.

Thanks,

Jerry

Jerry, could you inquire if they would make a Rem870 footprint version? I would imagine they could sell as many if not a lot more if they catered to the bolt gun market. Regardless it's nice to see a sensibly priced rifle stock for a change.
