I don't don't think it would be legalyou can make one for yourself, but selling/distrbuting a T-shirt with someone elses's "intelectual property" is a risky business

I've looked in copyright issues before; IIRC if you draw/design something it's yours, doesn't metter where you post it and I don't think you need to apply for some permit to get it copyrighted... Goofy or not it's still considers 'intelectual property' of the whoever did it.I dont think the image is copyrighted in any way and hence it isnt its public domain (since being posted on a public forum).

The EAA Witness is close enough to that to almost be a twin - available in 10mm and you can actually get mags for it for less than the cost of an arm, a leg and two left testicles.
I will own one...
