454 recoil is fast, but not that bad. The Linebaugh cartridges, 475 and 500, particularly in Maximum format, really get your attention. I like that little Ruger tho', if they'd let them in the country I would snap one up. - dan

No. As was mentioned before, even if you have 12.6 status you cannot bring prohib's into the country that weren't already there when the whole 12.6 category was brought into effect and as i believe this is a fairly new addition to the Ruger line it means that No, you can't get it in Canada.

You busted me spartan, I have 12.4 it burns my hide that this stuff exsisted and theres no way I can get my hands on it so I am stuck with 44 in four inch and 357 in 2.5 inch.

to say it a littlem differently - No new 12.6 s can be brought into Canada snce c-68 - period (even if one of that make had already been imported & registered).you can take one out of Canada or send it out for repair & then bring it back if it is already registered & that's it.
