This red dot only weighs 1.1 OZ

Great! A cheaper option to what I had in mind. Anyone have any experience with the Holosun HS407C X2? Have been looking at these locally for $330 and now this pops up. Like the price, any suggestions CGN / Marstar? :)

Does the Holosun HS407C X2 come with a picatinny mounting plate and what standard is the footprint? I tried looking on their website for details but they don't say for some strange reason..... they will tell you the wavelength of the led diode but not what it mounts to out of the box? Looks like there are adapter plates to work with popular footprints but they are extra money and not included.

No, it's no longer included and a separate adapter you have to purchase.
