this weeks project pic heavy (56k death)

Really nice with the new pics. I'm ordering some Duracoat for mine tomorrow as a result of this thread.

I'm thinking drab green for the synthetic bits and tan/flat earth for the metal bits. I'm getting all giddy just thinking about it.
 
haha yeah i want to get some of murdocs product and redo it some time but its expensive stuff i would of just sprayed it with automotive paint from work but its all water based junk now and wouldnt work i plan on tiger striping it once it gets scratched up a bit
 
Looks great, but durability is my only concern, but if you are planning to Arma-Coat it, why not? Can never have enough gun related projects.
 
haha im planning on it i just have 1000's of dollars already tied up in projects and golfing in mexico coming up so 10$ worth of spray paint is all i wanted to spend but i was just on duracoats website and i like some of the patterns so i might buy some of there paint in a couple months and do some more of my guns
 
i was going to just take it to work and take the cut off wheel to the grooves but like i said before i got lazy and couldnt find anything small enough to take the screw out and didnt want to make a tool to take the nut off
