Hey does anyone know where I could find the Thompson Center Encore in Canada? Also what are the regulations on bringing the different barrels up from the states? same as any other part or is there anything specific in regards to them?

Cabelas has Encores and extra barrels.
They don't have a lot of stock it seems like and they have very few barrel options... I was hoping for more than that. Are TC encore barrels importable from the states? Do they fall under the $500 exemption? I'd prefer to purchase from one of the sponsor sites I don't have good experiences with big chain stores

Thats fine with me... If a barrel is labelled in the states as a pistol barrel 15" and is brought in under that, does it mean it has to be registered as a pistol even if it is on the rifle frame?
