Couldn't find this on here any where if i buy a TC in 223 can I also buy a shotgun barrel for it as well.???

Yes you can buy 12,20 and .410 in smoothbore along with 12 and 20 in fully rifled. The smoothbore barrels come in 26" vent rib or 24" turkey with sights and have screw in chokes.

I've got several centrefires that shoot sub MOA.

Groups with turkey loads are a bit bigger!

A few years back, I owned a Thompson Encore Turkey gun. Purchased a .300WINMAG barrel and new forend for it as well. I didn't keep it for long...not that it was bad gun or inaccurate, just that kicked like a mule.

Here it is in rifle mode. Fit and finish was great, trigger pull was light and crisp....did I mention the recoil . It kicked so hard that it ruined a Leupold QR base. Most of my shooting it was done prone or sitting up against a tree, which of course makes the recoil worst.

What happen to you QR ring's ? I have the same kit on my .300 encore. It does kick like a mule , i think the felt recoil is worst than my .300RUM without muzzle brake.

Ya, the stock design of the Encore does make felt recoil feel pretty heavy. A Limbsaver pad helps a lot and the new ProHunter stock makes them down right pleasant.

The cam of the rear QR lever rounded off and wouldn't hold to the base.
