Thompson Center recall

Has anyone in Canada received their rifle back from Thompson Center repair depot yet
The latest recall affected the T C Icon. Venture and Dimension rifles
The recall was to replace the trigger assembly due to safety issues
Mine has already been at the repair depot for over 3 1/2 months with no end in sight
Will obviously miss this years hunting season with this gun
Very poor customer service from T C ( Smith and Wesson ) up here in Canada
I can see why dealers are reluctant to carry T C products

Many years ago, T/C built high-quality firearms and had a reputation for good products and good service. I was a fan of their traditional muzzleloaders, their Contender handguns and carbines and even some of their earlier inlines.

But the last ten years or so? One idiotic new re-design after another, each goofier and more gimmicky than the last. Poorly balanced guns that handle like 2x4's and hurt the eyes. Quality down the tubes, slow service if any, and recalls.

Just one person's opinion...YMMV.
