Thompson pro hunter not accurate

So far I changed out the hinge pin on mine as well as the "locking bolt spring". Eventually I will install a new trigger & hammer spring.
All these parts can be found in bellmtcs website.
I can honestly say that I've never had any issues with accuracy with my 209x50 bbl or .308 bbl. But I did however notice a dramatic change in groups with my .300Wm bbl if I did'nt let it cool between shots.
Best O'luck

I also ordered some Gun Juice from Rick at ATR he says he has really good luck with the stuff sometimes helps tighten groups significantly.

My 308 is very accurate. I have wondered if anyone is shooting from a gun vise or something like that. I would guess that every time the prohunter is removed to reload and place back in the rest how can you be sure the riffle is sitting the exact same way? I may be out to lunch because I have never shot from a vice. Any one have thoughts on this.

I'd be more worried about the gun vice forcing the forend to touch the barrel on firing, causing problems. I had that happen on another gun - shot fine offhand but sprayed like a hose from my vice. Figured it out sanded down the foregrip, problem went bye bye, but i still had to be careful how i put it in the vice.
