I saw a thread on these awhile ago but I can't remember where.

CGN dealer HiCaliber (I think) claims to stock these new wood stocks made by Tapco.

At $279 I might give one a go...

Timbersmith site shows prices for $199.00 for that stock shown above. $175.00 will get you the normal non thumbhole version. So $279 may not be that far off after shipping and brokerage fees the dealers get nailed for. But to us the end user, I'd expect a price of $300 or more to our doorstep.

They are an extremely nice fitting stock, Very well made, But they are pricey. They would be a lot easier to sell if the SKSs were worth $600 instead of $200. I would like to offer CGN members a discounted price to get the ball rolling & some feedback out there, as we are the western Canadian TAPCO distributors.

Grey Laminate RH thumbhole SKS stocks will be $249 for CGN Members for a limited time.

Phone in orders only, as this is a discounted price not available on the website. 604 837 1895

For guys ordering from the states,if you don't want exhorbitant broker fees ,ask the dealer to send usps,Canada post doesn't pass on the fees it is done in house,UPS is the worst, fedex isn't bad but USPS I found to be 0 broker (you may still pay duty,TAX,but no broker fee, which can be high).
I have paid $80. broker fee on a $60. part through ups!

how can it fit each sks when they are a little different depending on which country made them? i know when i bought my chaote stock for mine it came with a shim saying that depending on where it was made it may or may not need to be used, lol. they are nice though ill give you guys that, very nice looking. any pics of one on a gun already?

dhl isnt bad either, i get stuff from over seas through them and theyre always gentle. fedex and ups are terrible. fed ex lost a package, i resolved the issue with them, then they tried to bill me again. problem was, the package was 26 bucks shipped, fed ex wanted 15 for fees. not worth it by any means to use them. usps is the best when coming from the states as mentioned. even if you get hit with fees its never that bad

They are a new product, We havent had much experience yet with them. Thats why we are discounting to CGN members so we can have some feedback. They feel really nice ergonomically & are very well made.
