This thread http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=128752 is about handguns for concealed carry. First things first, a Car/Truck/Carry gun takes more abuse than you will ever think of. The gun is subjected to dropping, sweat, and bumping into hard objects. I do not know about you but I do not want one of my treasures to go through this. I would buy the least expensive/most compact/lightweight/reliable/accurate handgun that I could find that I shoot well for concealed carry.

I went through 1911s, Glocks, Sigs, CZs, Kahrs, and a few more before I settled on my Bersa Thunder 45. My Bersa Thunder 45 ran me about $230 (US) and it does all of the things I require of a Car/Truck/Carry gun. Let the others carry a $1,500 gun and see it scratched/rusted/abused. Your Bersa Thunder 45 will do all the things the expensive weapon will at a fraction of the cost.

Regards,

Richard:)
