Thoughts on Girsan MC-28?

Im in the process of purchasing my first handgun, what are peoples experiences and thoughts on the Girsan MC-28? I have heard mostly positive reviews. This is a firearm I am seriously considering purchasing, Thanks.

my gf bought one before xmas, was really impressed with it other than the trigger travel length. As far as i'm concerned it's a good pistol. It shot really well and grouped good at 20m.

Just down the page is five pages of MC28 thoughts. I fondled one at Cabela's and really liked it compared to the first gen M&P. However I really like the grip of the M&P 2.0

looks as good as anything or even a little better then other guns in its price range. if you like the way it looks and its in your price range i would not be afraid to buy it. for a first gun its a good choice .

I had it for a few months and it's an awesome pistol. I still can't figure out how to remove the firing pin. I bought a threaded m&p barrel and it drop fit and works like a charm.
