Looking for opinions on Hatsan Escort pump actions. They seem to be a licensed copy of FabArm, and FabArm makes some nice stuff. I'm curious if the Turkish FabArm version produced by Hatsan can hold its own in regards to fit and finish.
I would've bought a Winchester SXP by now, but the fact that I can get fiber optic ghost rings, integrated picatinny rails, and threaded breaks for just a little bit more over an SXP (that doesn't even have a tapped receiver) makes me look at the Hatsan more. The SXP does have the smoothest and fastest action, but I like to aim at what I shoot at so it's not a big hit against the Hatsan.
So to sum it all up, is the fit and finish on the Hatsan decent enough to go with it over a Winchester SXP?
